Low Carbon Innovation Exchange ~ for the South West

Sponsored by the South West RDA, the first staging of the low carbon best practice Exchange in the region is gaining widespread support from participants, keen to share best practice, foster professional networks and develop actionable ideas to reduce their organisation’s carbon emissions.

The extensive programme of case studies and roundtable discussion groups include sessions hosted by many key companies from the region, including: Airbus, Barts Spices, Commercial Group, Communisis BBF, Flybe, Ginsters, Harmsworth Printing, Jacobs, Landcare Services, Midas Group, Somerfield Stores, South West Water, St. James's Place, Stralfors, Tulip Fresh Meats, Upton Packaging and Zurich.

Local authorities running share sessions include: Bath & North East Somerset, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cheltenham, Swansea, East Devon, Eastleigh, Plymouth, Reading, South Gloucestershire and the Vale of Glamorgan. Other public sector/not-for-profit organisations involved include: Cornwall Partnership NHS Trust, Dartmoor National Park Authority, Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, Environment Agency, Forum For The Future, Government Office for the South West, Harper Adams University College, Regen SW and the University of West of England.
