Quattro Seal - Sealant Process

Our expertise in utilising our processes to substantially improve the air tightness of buildings and structures is particularly topical in view of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and the UK implementation of the directive by means of revised Building Regulations. Our representatives are trained to identify all areas of a building that may economically benefit from application of a sealant process.

The process is a unique and distinct process with energy saving and performance potential considerably in excess of the figures normally attributed to conventional draught proofing and draught stripping. The system has been fully tested bt the BRE and shows an improvement in whole structure air infiltration of 54%, with an energy saving of 27% and paybacks of less than three years.
