Faber Maunsell is continuously engaged in a broad range of engineering consultancy projects, from schools to hospitals to retail stores; from long-term transport strategy formulation to travel demand management; from ultra-modern office environments to historic building restoration. We are able to offer specialist skills in disciplines such as energy efficiency, acoustics, fire engineering, specialist lighting, mechanical handling, sustainable development, geotechnical, research and development, health and safety, and information technology and communications. For business solutions, our in-depth knowledge of property management stretches from maintenance planning and management to strategic issues. Through our Birmingham office we also offer a full energy & water bureau service monitoring buildings in real time with intelligent metering and have a number of practical solutions for our clients. Our registered energy assessors are well established to help our clients through the Energy Performance Buildings Directive EPBD and the productions of Energy Certificates EPC & DECs
