Future Energy Yorkshire

Future Energy Yorkshire is working to make a renewable future in the Yorkshire and Humber region. FEY has been established to secure the economic opportunities arising from new and renewable energy technologies and projects across the Yorkshire and Humber region. This will help to deliver greenhouse gas emission reductions and meet regional targets.

Our philosophy is to form partnerships with private and public sector organisations to fill knowledge gaps, bridge market failures and bring to fruition renewable energy projects. These projects will deliver both significant greenhouse gas savings and economic benefits to the region.

The FEY team has intimate knowledge of the issues associated with new and renewable energy project development. We are able to provide direct and contracted resources to facilitate the project development process.

FEY has dedicated funding available for grid connected renewable energy projects in the region. Funding is available as a loan, revenue share investment or in special cases a grant.
