The session will look at some of the initiatives that Ginsters have taken to reduce energy usage within the bakery, through a combination of new technology and increased efficiency through behavioural change. The session will also look at the different types of on-site waste to energy technologies evaluated by Ginsters and how the final design for their energy from waste plant was derived.
