Webinar: 10 ways to engage your staff on carbon reduction initiatives
Presented by: Anthony Day

Being green, being environmentally responsible and reducing your carbon emissions are all important business issues. With pressures from government, from consumers and from ever-rising material and energy costs, every organisation has to be lean, green and efficient. In most cases the success of any environmental policy depends on the enthusiasm and goodwill of the workforce. How can you rely on this?

10 ways to engage your staff will help get you started, but we aim to answer the more difficult questions, particularly those that come up a few months on. "What difference can I make?", "Why should we do this for the company?", "What's in it for me?" We'll explore all these questions, and suggest the best way to deal with them. We want your questions, too.

Anthony Day will lead the session and will be joined live by a leading motivational speaker to add comments and insights.

Let the group learn from your experience. If you have ideas or questions, please let us have them in advance or use the chat facility on the webinar screen during the event itself. We will deal with questions as they arise, and we can open your microphone so you can make your point for everyone to share.

Carbon reduction is a team activity. We aim to help you build a winning team.
