In return our clients provide a long term lease on their land and agree to buy the electricity at virtually a fixed price for 10 years. All the associated environmental benefits can be used by the client.

Wind Direct is founded on the expertise of pioneering companies who began work in renewable energy in the early 1990's.

Last year the Wind Direct team were involved in 60% of all wind projects built in the UK. Our most recent developments include two 2MW at Eastman Chemicals, Cumbria and one 2MW at Solutia, Newport. We are also installing four 225kW turbines at East Midland Airport.

Wind Direct Consultancy can also offer a similar set of services for situations where the client would prefer to own the project, from initial concept through to energisation and operation.
